The inside track on Dan Vincent - Property Manager

With a twenty-year background in property, working for some of the best-known estate agencies across London, Dan joined Home Minders two and a half years ago as a Property Manager. He looks after a wide portfolio of prime London properties and is focused on delivering a first-class service.

“I started my career working as an estate agent negotiating sales and lettings across central and north London. I enjoyed the work and progressed quite rapidly to a Branch Manager and then over the years I made the move to become an Area Property Manager responsible for three branches of a premium agency. It was at this point that I got involved with property maintenance and management which gave me the additional skills and expertise to move to Home Minders. A new challenge after Covid was just what I was looking for”.

Dan says that despite the uncertainty of a new government and impending changes to legislation, he remains confident that the market will continue to enjoy increased activity particularly at the top end. London rents are forecast to increase by 3-4% over the next 12 months. 

Away from the office Dan has fun with his four-year old son and is an ardent Arsenal supporter. He lives in Southgate so professionally and personally he is a local!
