When Patryjca joined the Home Minders team back in February, as Property Coordinator, little did she think that she would slot into the team so well. But having worked in the estate agency sector for seven years, initially on the admin front but as a property manager for the last three years she arrived with just the right experience, as she explains:

“I’d taken a break to look after my two children but was so pleased to find a role back in the property world where I could use my skills and knowledge but more importantly develop professionally. Here I am working with high end premium properties and with different members of the team so I’m learning all the time.

"Not only that but you just never know what the day will throw at you and what the challenge will be – from a regular inspection, a background check on a tenant or a leaking washing machine!”

Patrycja also says she enjoys building relationships with her landlords and tenants, “knowing who you are speaking to and maintaining open lines of communication makes for easier discussions.”
