Tenancy Agreements

The tenancy agreement is a legal contract between the landlord and tenant.

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the tenancy, such as;

  • the rent
  • the length of the tenancy
  • repair responsibilities
  • the amount and reason for the deposit
  • when the landlord can enter the property
  • any conditions and restrictions on the use of the property
