Listed below are contact numbers to be used out of office hours in EMERGENCIES ONLY:
Please note that upon inspection if the contractor finds no fault or determines that the problem/fault is deemed a tenant responsibility/cause of damage, then you will be held liable for the cost of the call-out and the repair costs. Furthermore, if the issue is deemed ‘not urgent’ then you may be liable for the contractors’ call-out charge.


If your property is located within a block of flats/development then in cases of communal issues/faults such as communal doors/lifts, communal parking, gates/barriers etc. then you should report these immediately to the managing agents (or porter if applicable) of the block/development.

Electricity – loss of supply
Unlike gas leaks, power failures are dealt with by the individual suppliers. You will need to refer to your supplier. In the event of an electrical emergency or power outage please call 105 to be put through to your local electricity network operator. 105 is a free service, available from most landlines and mobile phones in England, Scotland and Wales.
