Paul has owned and led Home Minders since 2011, bringing a wealth of experience in property management. He specialises in overseeing major renovation projects and property development on behalf of our clients, ensuring every detail is managed with care and expertise.

Nadine brings extensive experience across a range of property types, with a particular focus on high-end homes in central London. Her in-depth market knowledge ensures the consistent delivery of a first-class property management service. Nadine also expertly project manages all types of refurbishments and renovations.

Pam has been with Home Minders for over 20 years, following a career as a central London estate agent. She’s an expert in property maintenance and oversees our trusted network of partner letting agents across London.

Dan has broad property experience, from estate agency roles in central and north London to residential management. He manages a varied portfolio and works closely with Nadine to deliver a high-quality service to Home Minders clients.

Tim manages a full portfolio of properties that were acquired as part of the takeover of Alan Goldin Estates in 2011. He oversees renovations and refurbishments and supports the lettings team, offering full management services to clients.

Patrycja has extensive experience of the London property market. She manages a diverse portfolio of properties and is committed to delivering a first-class service to our clients.

Helin is a relatively new recruit to Home Minders and manages a diverse portfolio of properties independently, and assists with the overall efficiency of the property management and maintenance team under the guidance of Nadine.

Karen is a highly experienced Accounts Manager and manages the Accounts department.  She processes rents and prepares client statements, as well as handling all tenant deposits.  Karen also implements new systems to improve the efficiency of the accounts function and ensure that we fully comply with our statutory obligations for record keeping and handling client monies.

Geraldine has been with Home Minders for over 25 years. She manages all company financial matters with accuracy and reliability., focusing on the company’s expenses and all HMRC obligations internally and for landlords.

Joan is a very experienced administrator and manages the office at Home Minders. Her eye for detail makes her the ideal person to oversee and manage all legal documentation, including tenancy agreements and contracts.

Marina oversees the company’s purchase ledger and is experienced in all aspects of accounts. She also processes incoming rents and prepares customer statements with efficiency and accuracy.

Kelly is an experienced administrator with a diverse background. She is responsible for all compliance matters, ensuring landlords meet their legal obligations and are fully protected at all times.
